Content Removal Process
Upon receiving a valid DMCA complaint, we will review the request and may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content if deemed appropriate.
We reserve the right to request additional information before taking action.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that content removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA complaint was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification.
Your counter-notification should include:
- Your full name and contact information.
- Identification of the removed material and its previous location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Repeat Infringers
SigMatrix reserves the right to terminate access or remove content from users who repeatedly violate copyright laws or intellectual property rights.
Good Faith Policy
